New ownership of this boutique 10,000sqm ‘A-Grade’ building, created the right opportunity to reposition the asset for higher tenant revenue.
The scope included ground floor lobby, all above ground lift lobbies and amenities, and several tenancy fit outs. The new lobby narrative is about building upon the boutique persona of the building, with a fresh approach via the use of natural materials and vertical green walls. Timber panelling that displays intricate craftsmanship, custom made leather ottomans, matching timber armchairs and coffee tables all make this entry experience, one of discreet luxury.
